By accessing or using DreamTech Solutions' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Description

DreamTech Solutions provides managed websites, booking systems, business automation, and digital marketing support for Australian small businesses. Our Platform (the DreamTech Portal) provides subscription-based website management, booking systems, and business automation tools. All services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: One-page website with DreamTech branding
• Basic ($29/mo): Custom domain, branding removal, basic SEO
• Foundation ($99/mo): Multi-page managed website, bookings, Google Business Profile, portal access
• Growth ($199/mo): Memberships, follow-up automation, campaign planning, priority support

Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Generally:

• Subscription plans are billed in advance via Stripe or other supported payment methods
• Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at the end of the current billing period
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your business name, brand, content, and any materials you provide to us. While your subscription is active, DreamTech hosts and maintains your website on our Platform. Upon cancellation:

• You may export your content (text, images, data) at any time
• Your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period
• After cancellation, hosting and managed services cease unless alternative arrangements are made

DreamTech Solutions retains ownership of the Platform, its codebase, templates, and proprietary tools.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for setup and ongoing service
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Provide access to necessary systems, accounts, or resources
• Ensure you have rights to any content, data, or materials you provide

7. Social Media Services

Social media management features are provided through authorized API connections to Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

• You retain full ownership of your social media content and accounts
• You authorize DreamTech to post content, respond to comments/messages, and access analytics on your behalf through connected accounts
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or account suspensions
• You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting accounts in the Portal or through the respective platform's settings

8. Updates and Changes

Each subscription plan includes a set number of website updates per month (unlimited on Foundation and Growth plans). Update requests are submitted through the Portal and typically completed within 1–3 business days. Significant changes beyond the scope of your plan may be quoted separately.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific business outcomes or results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all third-party systems or services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamTech Solutions' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You may export your content before the end of the billing period
• Hosting and managed services cease at the end of the billing period

12. Confidentiality

We will maintain confidentiality of your business information and project details, except as required by law or with your consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Australia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
