At DreamTech Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:
When you use the enquiry form on our website, DreamTech Solutions collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected area of interest, message, and the page the enquiry came from. We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, provide requested information, maintain a record of the conversation, and protect the form from spam or misuse. We do not use an enquiry to add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to verify that the form is being used by a person. Our lead system also creates a one-way hash of the requesting IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention; Portal users do not see the original IP address or its hash. Enquiry records are stored in our managed DreamTech Portal for up to 365 days and a notification is sent to the authorised DreamTech recipient. Our infrastructure, security, and email delivery providers process the minimum information needed to provide those services.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete an enquiry by emailing [email protected]. You can also contact us by phone instead of using the form.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
DreamTech uses PostHog to understand anonymous traffic and conversion trends across our public website and offer pages. The analytics configuration does not record sessions, automatically capture clicks or form contents, collect browser errors, run surveys or experiments, or create a person profile unless DreamTech deliberately introduces a separately disclosed authenticated feature.
We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages, or complete URL query strings to PostHog. Analytics events are labelled by the DreamTech website surface, IP addresses are anonymised, and browsers that send a supported Do Not Track preference are respected.
Our public website may use first-party browser storage to distinguish anonymous visits and understand whether pages and offers are useful. You can clear or block this storage through your browser. Managed client websites use a more limited configuration that captures anonymous page and page-leave activity with no persistent analytics cookie or browser storage, and separates each website by a non-personal site identifier.
A DreamTech client may choose to connect a Google Analytics 4 property owned and controlled by that client to their managed website. When it is enabled, the website displays an Accept or Decline choice before Google Analytics loads. Analytics storage is denied by default, Google advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain denied, and declining does not prevent use of the website.
After a visitor accepts, Google Analytics may receive a privacy-minimised pageview with URL query strings and fragments removed. A website may also report an allowlisted conversion when an enquiry is accepted, a booking is completed, or a purchase is completed. DreamTech's integration does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages, form contents, or customer account details to Google Analytics. The client controls its Google Analytics property, retention settings, access, and any later connection to its own Google Ads account. Visitors can change their choice by clearing the website's browser storage.
A client may also connect its Google account to the DreamTech Portal for read-only reporting from Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and for the separately described Business Profile features. The Portal only lists properties and advertising accounts the connected Google user can already access, and the client chooses the exact property or account used for reporting. DreamTech uses the resulting access to display aggregate website, search, campaign, spend, click, and conversion information to authorised Portal users. Google account ownership, billing, permissions, and source data remain under the client's control, and the connection can be revoked from Google or disconnected from the Portal.
The authenticated DreamTech Portal uses PostHog product analytics to measure whether customers can complete useful work and to detect software failures. Portal users are identified only by an internal system-generated user ID. We may send non-personal operational properties such as the user's Portal role, subscription tier, internal workspace ID, selected Portal area, onboarding step, successful account connection, and whether an action succeeded or failed. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, form entries, enquiry messages, passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, API keys, or complete URL query strings.
Frontend software exceptions may be reported after contact details, credentials, and URL query strings are removed. Automatic click capture, console-log recording, network request or response bodies, network headers, heatmaps, surveys, experiments, and feature flags are disabled.
To diagnose usability problems, approximately ten percent of eligible client Portal sessions may be sampled for privacy-masked replay. Replay is limited to the Overview and Website areas; all text and form inputs are masked, and images, videos, canvases, and embedded frames are blocked. Replay is disabled on sign-in, onboarding, Enquiries, Bookings, Memberships, Emails, Advertising, Social Media, Google, Accounts, Billing, Settings, API Keys, client administration, and agent-chat areas. Agency-user sessions are not recorded. Portal replay is retained for up to 30 days.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account via our Portal, we collect your profile name, email address, linked Facebook Pages, and Instagram business accounts.
We access page insights, post engagement data, comments, and messages through the Facebook/Instagram API to provide our social media management services.

We do not sell social media data to third parties.
You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from the Portal settings, after which we will stop accessing new data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Social media data accessed via APIs is retained for the duration of your connected account and up to 12 months after disconnection for reporting purposes.
